Meet Trevor Magruder
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of hiring, training, coaching, and leading employees across a variety of industries.
Along the way, I noticed a common challenge: many young people were entering the workforce without the confidence, professionalism, and practical skills employers expect.
I created JumpStart Prep to change that.
Our goal is simple - to prepare young people for meaningful careers while helping businesses grow stronger, more successful teams.
