JumpStart Prep is a workforce preparation and talent development organization that helps young people build life skills, career readiness, and professional confidence while helping employers develop stronger teams.

Our programs are designed for teenagers, young adults, parents, employers, schools, and community organizations.

Currently, all courses and programs are taught in person to provide an engaging, interactive learning experience. Over time, some courses will be available online.

While we look for a permanent location, in the interim, most classes are held at 6434 21st Century Drive, Charlestown, IN 47111 (Whispering Oaks II Clubhouse). Some classes are held at community locations, schools, partner businesses, and other approved training facilities. If you know a good, reasonably priced location, please contact us. 😁

Many of our programs include a certificate of completion, and Talent Network participants earn certification after completing all required coursework.

No. However, our courses are recommended for students aged 14 through those working on their undergraduate degree.

We are located in Sothern Indiana and service the entire Clark and Floyd counties. We hope to expand into the Louisville area soon. If you are in Louisville or other surrounding Kentucky and Indiana counties, you are welcome to sign up for any Talent Foundation course.
